New Hampshire’s population is aging more rapidly than nearly any other state in the country. At the same time, agencies like ours that provide home-based health care and hospice services face challenges that are making it more difficult to deliver that care, including complexities in technology, licensing and administrative requirements, and demand for services that require a higher level of expertise. Concord Regional Visiting Nurse Association and Central New Hampshire VNA & Hospice have enjoyed a collaborative working relationship for many years, and we believe that merging our teams would allow us to maintain the high level of care our patients and providers expect from us, and scale to expand services and programming throughout the communities we serve.
